Amazingly average

Only 2 complaints are that the interior shelves have little knobs that rub against the other shelve at the same level causing one to be lower or higher then the other. Lastly, the ice machine/storage compartment is so small you can’t fill 3-4 large glasses up. For a premium price this isn’t premium features. Besides those two. We love our kitchenaid!

Like the soft drawer close feature on the doors, but caution for the freezer bottom as it has a tendency to not close fully especially when the pizza shelf, located on the door is full. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and the inside led lights make for a beautiful interior view. A bigger ice bucket would make this worthy of a 5 star rating.

The extra drawers and extra space is perfect for our family and our needs. The freezing area is roomy; the extra drawers and dividers make organizing easy. Just go check it out and you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this product.

Do not buy

The fridge is beautiful but right from the get go we have had non stop issues. The lights stopped working almost right away. The temperature controlled drawer lost power within a few months the control board is faulty. The evaporator does not work, so water builds up under drawers then starts leaking out all over floor. I have read other reviews where these problems seem to be the norm. Kitchenaid is obviously aware of these manufacturering issues but still proceed to sell them and why not, they don’t have to fix them. All I keep hearing is “they are waiting on parts” and “due to the pandemic” I have been waiting over 7 months for this to be fixed and I’m sure I will have to wait another 7. I will have to buy a new fridge because I truly believe this one will never get fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge! Lots of storage room! Love having seperate storage for meats and produce. Ice maker / water dispenser is another added bonus. The controls for the fridge are extremly intuitive and easy to use!

What a mistake that was, nothing but trouble.. We are slowly changing everything to kitchenAid (we should had done so in the first place). So I will have my dream kitchen with my dream appliances.
