Worst ice cuber maker ever. If you are buying this crappy machine, 8t better not be for ice cubes.
2 replacements. 1 visit that cost $$$$$$ and I STILL HAVE TO BUY ICE!!!!!!! And use 10 stupid trays because I have 5 kids with friends.

Two of these failed since 2019! Do not buy!

We bought this fridge (along with a whole kitchen's worth of other matching appliances) back in 2019. We had constant trouble with the refrigerator, as the refrigerator side evaporator would freeze into a giant block of ice, and then quit cooling. After griping enough, our local appliance dealer replaced the unit with another of the same make/model in late 2020. Since then, we've had nothing but trouble with the replacement! It intermittently shuts off and has to be unplugged/replugged to restore power. Recently, it quit making ice, and the freezer was warm. Now it has basically quit cooling altogether. Repair technician says it's an issue with the sealed system and would cost nearly as much to repair as a new fridge would cost. So that's two failed units within about 4 years' time. Don't buy this product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive refrigerator that does not work.

We have had to replace the our first refrigerator after a year of no ice. Now we are on our second refrigerator and have yet to have it make ice! Kitchenaid technician guess at how to repair it. This is so frustrating! No one knows how to fix it. This has been going on 2 years!

Great Fridge - Great Storage Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchenAid fridge with the two convenience drawers a month ago, and really like everything about the refrigerator. Having two convenience drawers is perfect for how I use the fridge. The oversized water dispenser is great for filling those larger sized travel mugs and my workout bottles. So glad I upgraded to the KitchenAid!

I would have liked a little larger model, like 28 Cu. Ft.
It does seem to show finger prints a more than we would like.

Awful and does not last. We have had this refrigerator 5 years and for the last year have had nothing but trouble. From the meat drawer going out to not holding the correct temperature to the ice maker not working it has been awful. We have had multiple repair people try to fix it and they say it is not worth it to try and troubleshoot things because this refrigerator has so many problems. When you spend this much on a refrigerator you expect it to last for years. Buyer beware!!
