NOT recommended - Looks nice, but will fail

Sounds like we're in the same boat as all the other 1-star reviews. Freezer won't hold the temperature, frost build up, horrible humming noise and like all the others we bought the whole suite - dishwasher, stove, drawer microwave and beverage fridge in 2019. For the price and brand I expected a longer life but considering some reviewers had issues out of the gate, I guess we're lucky to have had 5 years. All in all disappointed with the product life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not purchase this refrigerator

By far the worst refrigerator we have ever bought. It is now 7 years old and needs to be replaced. Constantly need to reset, ice maker has been replaced and the ice bin always freezes up, temperature is never constant, we’ve lost food several times- very expensive to maintain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for almost a month and while there were some differences from the previous refrigerator, this Kitchenaide so far is the best refrigerator I've ever owned. I love the control panel for ice and water on the door and the different drawers for different functions. The only complaint, if I were to complain, is that the ice bucket seems to be difficult putting back in its holder after removal. Beyond that, it is a great refrigerator!

You have to find just the right spot to change the ice/water control. Needs to be upgraded, feels like it is not going to last. All fresh food section should have slide out shelves instead of 1 split shelf

Not A Sure Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still making a decision on this refrigerator. It does hold a fairly good amount of food, but the height inside the refrigerator leaves something to be desired. I.e., Tall bottles have very little storage, even with options to raise shelves. When I do that, the other spaces become too short to be effective. Also, the icemaker is constantly jamming, even when I dump the ice about every two days (which was the recommendation for clogging ice cubes and crushed ice). Not overly happy with this one.
