STAY AWAY........

worst fridge I have ever purchased...great fridge for 13 months, than the drawer shorted out and shut down the entire fridge, had to disconnect the drawer electrical to get the fridge to work. The freezer drawers still have the protective wrap on them, but cant keep the front on either drawer. (falls off every use). and the ice machine leeks water in the freezer so I have to bust out about 5 pounds of ice from the freezer weekly. wish I bought a cheep one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

had this fridge for a few years and i would not recommend it
had an issue with the ice maker leaking fixed it
then the freezer stopped working making a really loud humming noise had it serviced
after awhile the same issue occurred and has occurred several times since
would not recommend
most of the appliances owned are kitchenaid but the fridge not sure what went wrong would not recommend

A week after having it the lights in the freezer went out so I still need to call about that issue. I love it, but am disappointed with how expensive it is, there are any issues.

Water Problems

I would really love to be able to give this fridge a higher rating, as we love the layout and design of it. However we have had nothing but problems with the water aspect of this fridge. We have had at least 4 different occurrences now of coming home, or waking up in the morning to water laying on the floor around our fridge. We have had service calls to come and inspect it, to which we have been told there is nothing that can be done to prevent it. This has led to damage to the side panel of our kitchen cabinets, which we have already had to replace once, and it is now damaged again from the water. It is also to the point where it is damaging our floor around the fridge. I think this is unacceptable for an appliance with this price tag on it to begin with, but to also have no solution for it, other than totally disconnecting the water line from the fridge. Very displeased with the fridge and the lack of support.

I loved this frig for the 1st year. This was such a splurge for us. We enjoy to size and organization. 1st the ice maker went out so we just bought ice since we couldn't afford to have it looked at. Now just a little over 2 years old the entire frig is out. We have to have someone out to look at since it's our only frig. So disappointed.
