Excellent fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge but when it was delivered a divider in the produce drawer was cracked. I already contacted KitchenAid about it and they responded in a timely maner and said they would send me a new part. I received the package but it was a drawer divider for the freezer. I have attached pictures of the divider I need. If you can send me the part I need and tell me what to do with the freezer part, I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Needed 2 major repairs in less than one year

The ice maker broke only months after purchase. I waited several weeks for the part that was meant to repair it. That repair was necessary but it didn't fix the ice maker problem. We have been told the wait time for that repair would be up to 4 months. I have also been waiting three weeks for a call back from a supervisor to discuss. Kitchen Aid used to be a good brand with quality products. What happened?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. I was not sure about having the freezer on the bottom, but I am happy with it. I love the drawers and the spaciousness inside. I have two gripes: At times it makes a rather loud noise for quite a while and it shows fingerprints that I am constantly removing.

Awesome Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features, cool layout. We really like the two drawers in the middle. This refrigerator is replacing a Whirlpool purchased new in 1997. Nothing wrong with the old one, so I can only hope the new on lasts just as long.

Beautiful Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my new construction home in July of 2023. The builder was kind enough to let me pick any appliances I wanted. They were only supplying the range, dishwasher, and microwave. I selected the line that matched this fridge because I love the commercial look and the fingerprint proof black stainless. The fridge itself is great. With moving in I’ve hardly had time to fill it with much.
I know you loose some fridge space with the two separate drawers for the fridge, but I barely have a full fridge to begin with so the loss of space for me isn’t a big deal. What’s more important to me is having compartments that I can open and close quickly that don’t reveal the whole fridge to hot air. Typically I’m getting something small out of the fridge anyway so the small drawers are perfect for me. I have one that keeps drinks cold (there’s a setting you can control the temp with depending on what you put in it) and the other will eventually hold my salad items which I have daily.
I have always loved KitchenAid products and this fridge definitely continues that love.

Great Design and Look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love the ease of access to everything. The Ice front is fantastic, the main interior is great because you can see everything inside and you dont have to hunt for anything. The center drawers work fantastic with the quiet close and temp adjustable for quick access products like cool drinks. The bottom Freezer has really great compartments with the slide trays for bags of veggies, etc. Then the larger box items inside the front drawer hidden area for Pizza's etc.. This all works fantastic. Great product and anyone purchasing this unit will be super happy.
