Second one in a year

I paid a lot of money like everyone else for this fridge. I love kitchenaide, but if I had the choice do it over again I would not purchase this fridge. The first one I had the ice maker quit working. Kitchenaide/whirlpool replaced it with a new one. Plugged it in and it has made a god awful noise since day one. I have had a repair man out 3 times. First, freezer fan. Second all four fans. After the second time the repairman broke the fridge door and warpped the freezer drawer putting it all back together. Third repairman came out said the freezer is getting ice on the fan from the freezer drawer being warpped and stated that the second repairman broke the drawer and the door puttying it back together. Now it will be 18 weeks to get the door and drawer in. It has been a nightmare!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looking good but with issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is looking good, but the water dispenser is splashing water, my refrigerator make a loud sound( sounds like compressor issue) the doors are big and is not so comfortable to access if you do not open the both doors. The drawers not go smooth to close, and I have to push hard or check twice to make sure the refrigerator is closed properly. Is no sensor sound to warning if a door is opened. This sensor is available to more cheaper refrigerators ...Not so happy customer, because I spend a lot of money thinking the brand will give me high quality refrigerator, but is not! I have scheduled a service in my house, and if the technician will fix issues I will update this review.
