Great looks and spacious

Motor for ice machine (I guess) makes a background hum not loud but noticeable. Not a dealbreaker for me.

This is the worst fridge I’ve ever owned. Glad I bought the extended 5 year warranty as I have had 8 repairs in 5 years and for the third time the ice maker stopped working tonight (after being replaced twice before). Will never buy a KitchenAid appliance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really disappointed in the quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by say I love how large it is. It holds a ton of food. The two soft close drawers are great and the little snack drawer inside is more convenient than I would’ve thought. That said, here are the cons:
The spacers for the door shelf bins are at really awkward intervals. Either you can’t fit bottle or there’s a ton of wasted space.
The large freezer drawer really should have a soft close like the two refrigerator drawers because it’s hard to know it’s closed. My kids have left it open a couple times thinking to was closed. It doesn’t seem to have an alarm like the refrigerator does it that’s left open.
The two refrigerator doors will not line up. Both my boyfriend and and the tech couldn’t get them to like up properly. We are getting the doors replaced because of a few dents it came with. Hopefully this fixes the problem.I would’ve given it two stars if I wasn’t optimistic for this fix.

Stay Away. Known issues with compressor and panels

This fridge is a total nightmare. Stainless in not really stainless. It has little dots of rust all over. The electric panel is placed on the drawer right under the water dispenser (what a great idea!!!!) so the water goes straight into the panel and damages it causing the other panels to die. The compressor is another known issue of this fridge. It died in less than 2 years. Manufacturer won't stand behind their product and won't do anything to help. Worst customer service ever. They drained our energy and money. Run as far away as you can from this fridge.
