Not worth the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 2nd refrigerator and replacement from 1st one which was only few yrs old that had a lot of problems. I had to call corporate and then paid 30% to get another one. This one started making unusual noises but per corporate we have no new warranty or service since they replaced the others one. However if it continues to make noises I will call corporate again. For the $ this refrigerator is not a good quality product and if I get another one I will definitely not get kitchen aid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't get sucked in, horrible refrigerator

Don't get sucked in to buying thia refrigerator. It is so beautiful, has so many nice features, you will think, "how can it be bad.". But it is not just bad, it is horrible. And what is worse, Kitchenaid will not stand behind this lroduct. They will blame you for the problems. We bought this fridge six years ago and had problems right from the start. Worst, loudest ice maker in the business is just the start. The freezer does not seal so frost and ice will quickly build up. They will blame you telling you not to put so much stuff in it. So now you have this expensive fridge you can't even put things in! Then the doors will start to malfunction and the fridge will start turning itself off. It was so expensive we had to suffer with it until we could afford another one. Don't but this fridge, you will regret it. You've been warned!

Awesome Refrigerator

Hoping for berter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First fridge delivered had a wiring issue with one of the smaller drawers. Replacement fridge the slide on the freezer drawer broke the 2nd week.

So many problems from the ice maker to the freezer to the lights. It’s so pretty but absolutes crap. Did I mention I’ve only been using this for three years.

Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went into the store planning to buy a different model because I was unsure of the drawer features. After seeing it in person, I was sure I wanted it. I use the drawer on the left for an additional produce drawer. My only criticism is the door bins are made of silver-toned plastic. I was hoping they would be stainless steel too. I found a YouTube video that gave detailed instructions for all of the features not included in the manual.
