Beautiful 5 Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new fridge about a month now. So far, we love it! It is much bigger than we anticipated. Sticks out a little but nothing we can’t live with. Now our stove, dishwasher and fridge match!! There is so much room inside the top two French doors. Then more storage in the two middle drawers. Love how bright the lighting is inside. The ice maker doesn’t take up near as much room inside as our old fridge. We really like the soft close feature on the two middle drawers. The bottom freezer is spacious and like having two extra slide out drawers.
I do wish there was more lighting in the freezer. Overall a great addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed it thus far. Only issue is exterior. There are spots that seem to disappear when I clean it, but then return. Trying a different cleaner next time.

Several issues in year 4 and 5

I have purchased Kitchenaid products for over 20 years. This product I purchased 5 years ago with extended warranty. As soon as the warranty expired i had issues with ice build up and cooling issues, ice maker and water dispending issues etc. There is a sealed system leak now that requires a significant repair. I did not expect this from a 5k product that was purchased 5 years ago. I would stay away from this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the general layout but I do wish they made this exact same layout without the in door ice and water dispenser. Very hard to find a refrigerator without these door ice/water dispensers.
The only negative I have: Consider how you'll be storing tall items like soda and wine bottles. The door shelves are good, but space there is limited because of the shorter doors. We are storing condiments and related on the main glass shelves.
The smaller drawers are great for storing deli meats and cheese.
This unit runs quietly for me, that's good. Nobody likes a noisy appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swung open those double doors and fell in love at first sight! The lights inside are amazing, making that jar in the back easy to find and having the outside Select and Produce drawers are a dream come true.

Rattling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m sure this won’t help me win but we got this fridge two weeks ago and it continues to rattle. Had a tech here twice fixing things and it is still going strong. Very expensive fridge for this to be happening.

Awesome Fridge!

Works as it should, the additional middle two drawers are a really nice feature. The fridge looks very upscale and was a pleasant upgrade from my older Kenmore Elite that I replaced.

Excellent Styling !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 12 year old Kitchen-Aid refrigerator as a kitchen remodel. Black Stainless was a great choice. Great styling. Doors are much thicker so be aware of overall fit. Drawer features are a big advantage. Interior space, lighting all a great look. Only challenge so far is the tuck away shelf when placed next to a flat shelf does not line up flat. Tried a new shelf and still not flat to the other shelf. Design flaw perhaps as I would expect all to align. For now I just placed this offset to the other. Also I miss the drip grid tray below the ice and water dispenser - as always some water there. Thanks!
