Refrigerator/freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with my refrigerator. The freezer holds a lot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shelves do not accommodate half gallon or gallon drinks. If you readjust the shelving to make that work it creates very narrow heights between shelves.

A beautiful refrigerator, but...

We are on our second one as Kitchen Aid had to replace the first one due to mother board problems. We have had to replace several parts on the second one and the ice maker does not work and when it did, it had a mind of its own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient arrangement for storage

Ice maker problems

The unit works flawlessly except the ice maker. Had it just under a year the ice maker stopped working. The unit was under warranty so they came out and replaced the ice maker. That has been about three months ago. Now the ice maker works sporadically and it’s no longer in warranty. Will work then stops for a week maybe dropping one thing of ice. Just the frustration of the amount of money it cost for it not to work properly or at all in a little less than a year. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best refrigerator I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this beauty for about a month, and I honestly cannot suggest a feature/function it should have but doesn't. Setup was easy. The positioning wheels make moving into place easy, but perhaps some sort of 360 degree casters would make things even easier. This would permit side to side movement, rather than just fore to aft. Thank you for a wonderful product!
