Big and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and I so glad I did. Love the French doors, the drawers and bottom freezer. There is absolutely nothing I do not love about the refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best!

This is a wonderful fridge/freezer. Our nub realtor announced that it would sell with our home if we received a full price offer. EVERYONE gets a full price offer these days. We MISS our fridge. There are three sliding drawers in the freezer and a place for verticals frozen pizzas! We’ve moved and I couldn’t even locate one to buy all of December 2020. The lighting is fantastic. The drawers slid easily. It’s very wide. Measure your opening! The outside vegetable drawer froze the bottom veggies. We changed it to meat and cheese and all was well. The vegetables went into the fridge drawers. The water filters are expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator over a year. As a retired couple it works fine for us. Everything is easy to find now that we have figured where everything needs to go in order to keep things organized. I believe that a typical family of 3 might find this unit too small to accommodate their needs. The main complaint we have is with the extended service plan we purchased from Whirlpool. When we called for service 2 times we got right through for factory warranty service but when we told them we had the extended service plan we were transferred and put on hold for about 2 hours before we spoke to anyone. When we mentioned this to the service tech he said that that was normal and that a 2 hour wait was actually good. So on the refrigerated for us 5 stars, on the extended service contract, no stars for communications. On the service techs 5 stars.

Outstanding Cooling / Anti-Frost Freezing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally this is the best refrigerator I've ever owned period. I purchased a warranty but, I'm afraid I will never get to use it. The cooling performance is "Second to None" and the ice bin is never empty and I live with four other people. Loaded with tons of features!

So many features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 3 months ago and love it. We drink more water from the ice/water in the door option. Having the fridge section on the upper half is nice. The freezer section has more room than our previous one as it has the pizza holder in the door, plus it has shelves that retract. It even has an herb drawer! Our fruit and veggies stay fresh for longer periods.
The only downside of this fridge was getting it in our door, haha! Any opening to our house was just a smidge too small so it was a struggle to get it in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the features

Drawers are excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this as a replacement for a previous Kitchen Aid fridge that went out due to repeated cooling problems, so we're hoping this still lasts, but so far, we've been very happy. The double drawers are convenient and we love not having to open the whole fridge to access deli and snacks. We do miss the dual outlet for water and ice, as having to switch between the two is a bit cumbersome, but it's not a deal maker. Also miss the ounces displaying while water is dispensing.
