A single flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love all the features of our KitchenAid refrigerator...except one. The water dispenser is a three-way disappointment: 1) cavity is too short for modest pitchers and tall water bottles; 2) dispenser is too far away from trigger, so stream overshoots narrow glasses & bottles; 3) stream doesn’t stop when trigger is released—the delay makes for messes for new users.

Develops Rust Spots Quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has great features and a very user-friendly configuration. However, we have been extremely dismayed that within a month of having it, it developed rust spots on the exterior. We have wiped it with a damp cloth as anyone would to remove fingerprints, etc. and cleaned it with an appropriate stainless steel cleaner. The rust spots won't come out. A refrigerator of this quality should not be called stainless steel and then rust!! We would highly recommend it otherwise.

Not so great for being so expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been a year since i bough the refrigerator. I bought it because Iiked the idea of many compartments that I would be able to organize my fridge. But it seems like the food dont fit. Some how fruit flies manage to get inside the fridge & into the ice dispenser. You have to spend money on water filters every six months. It would be just fine ro get a cheaper refrigerator.

Unhappy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator with several other appliances for a full kitchen remodel in July 2020. It was backordered and we didn't receive until Late August. In January we noticed the fan would not shut off and it kept getting colder and colder no matter what temp we set it at. Feb 2021 we contacted the repair guy and he had to order a new panel that is in the rear of the fridge.
Well... that didn't work it only got worse. Down to 17 degrees... in the refrigerator, not the freezer. Unacceptable!
They are going to order a different part (wiring harness panel ) of which is backordered so now unsure when I will get my refrigerator. I am lucky to have a another small refrigerator to use in the mean time.
This refrigerator is very pricey and to have it go out in less than 6 months make me very unhappy. My biggest question will be if this other new part doesn't work, will I get a new refrigerator?

Great features!

Lots of freezer space with separators and drawers make it handy to find what I am looking for. The easy measure water dispense system make it hander for multitasking. Would definitely recommend!

Worth the wait???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it a few weeks (it took 5 months to receive it after order date which was very frustrating). So far, so good though although we still have to determine if it's worth the wait. This was one of the very few options to select from with the additional pull out drawers that we could access without opening the refrigerator. We had that feature with the Whirlpool we used to have but for some reason Whirlpool doesn't offer it any longer (at least that's what we were told) so we had to switch to KitchenAid.
