Love this Frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this frig, I bought it to replace an LG that just quit working. I have a KitchenAid dishwasher that is amazing, quiet and gets the dishes really clean so I decided to get the Frig...so glad I did. Love the extra slide out drawers for produce, and the freezer also has two sliding drawers to help keep it organized.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing appliance with great innovation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this is January 2021 and am in love!!! Huge amount of space, well lit, strong construction, with innovative 5-door design that nobody else has yet. From the Herb Storage Bin to the veggie/fruit drawer to the canned drink drawer, thoughtful features abound. Soft closing drawers are really cool. Amazing freezer areas as well. Only two suggestions for the model: I could use a larger ice bin and a persistent "super ice" function, and could use a faster water dispenser. It is a pricey model but the build quality is incredible and its form/function combination is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge

When things hide in the back of the fridge, they tend to be forgotten then left spoiled...
Only complaint: the water dispenser doesn't fit my 32oz hydroflask but I can still make do.

Freezer stopped working after 5 months!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second fridge of the same model but updated. The first one broke on me 3 times and I should have learned from that experience. This new one had the ice maker stop working after 4 months then on month 5 the freezer stopped working. Took the repair company 2 months to get the part in. I do not suggest buying this fridge. I LOOOVE all my other kitchen aid appliances minus the 5 door fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water dispenser tray

I had trouble getting the drip plate out from the water dispenser so a repairman helped me (he's coming to replace one of the drawer rails soon) anyway NOW I can't get the drip tray to stay in!!! I'll ask him for help when he brings our new part.

Love the Design......but

We’ve had ours for 8 months now. Love the look but there are issues. The ice maker is on the door, so the ice doesn’t get as frozen, it seems to melt so much faster than our other models we’ve had. Since it’s on the door there’s not enough room for the condiments. Things you normally put on the shelves on the doors we’re putting on the first shelf which then makes everything else crammed in.
