Not your Parents Kitchen Aid

We purchased this Refrigerator six months ago. Within a week the trim fell off one shelf and after three months the fan for the ice maker stopped working. We have been without the ice maker for the last three months while we wait for a replacement part. We have had four Kitchen Aid appliances fail in the last six months (all less than 5 years old).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
