Very well designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new refrigerator for 2 months and I am thrilled with it. We love the grey interior and the terrific lighting. This was well designed with all the drawers and interior options. The freezer space is exceptional with one deep area and 2 additional pullouts.

Great refrigerator, freezer needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator, freezer space could be improved. The sliding drawers in the freezer should be more customizable. The space in the sliding compartment of the freezer can only hold a certain amount of items due to the allowable height/width of items - doesn't really allow you to maximize the space and use it fully. The refrigerator drawers are nice. Gives you the ability to store numerous food items and I enjoy the soft close feature of the middle drawers along with the herbs saver.

Good Looking and functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a year ago. It has been working well. The drawers are useful and saves me from opening the full doors. The freezer is adequate size. The compressor is a bit noisy but that is about the only down side.

Not a happy camper

refrigerator would last a long time without major problems. Exactly 13 months after purchase the ice maker died. I was very disappointed with the mechanical quality of the ice maker not lasting that. long. I had purchased a store warranty so it didn't cost me any money to fix it; just the inconvenience of waiting 2 weeks for a repairman. Once he had arrived the broken unit was swapped out for a new one in under 30 minutes. I was impressed that the serviceman pushed a few buttons and an error code came up that verified that the ice maker needed to be replaced.
