NIce design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our new refrigerator for about a year now. Our Kitchen consists of all KitchenAid appliances. We love the design and space we have with this fridge. If I had any complaints (and they are small), it would be that there is not more room for tall items and a larger ice container.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 7 months ago and love everything about it with one exception. The left drawer which is multifunctional has a setting located on the top of the drawer. I use the drawer for storing deli/cheese. When the drawer is open the setting is very sensitive and can be inadvertently changed to another setting such as thaw, etc. As far as I can tell you cannot “lock” the setting so I have to follow behind users and make sure the setting wasn’t changed from deli/cheese.

Poor/no support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors do not close automatically. There is supposed to be a lever which I could not find. Called technical support. Kept on hold for 1 hr and then cutoff. Enough said.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The temperature holds as set and the two, individually-lighted shelves make finding things much easier than other refrigerators we have owned. The appearance is attractive, matching our other Kitchenaid appliances. Now, if it will last for a few trouble-free years we will know we've made a

Lighting is amazing!
