Like the fridge, the water spout has issues

The one complaint is the water spout points out and is far enough from the push-sensor that if you use an average glass, it doesn’t even go in the glass. Even using an oversized Klean Kanteen isn’t wide enough.

Drawer doesn't close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has some great features. I like the overall design and many storage options. The interior lighting is nice, especially the under shelf lighting feature. On the negative side, I didn't realize it was not counter-depth, so it sticks out pretty far beyond my cabinets. The ice maker is pretty slow and small, we often run out of ice when hosting events. Also, the left side drawer does not always close all the way. It is not open far enough to trigger the door alarm, but enough so it doesn't seal.

Awesome Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in the summer of 2020 to upgrade from the lack of space in my previous refrigerator. The refrigerator exceeds all of our needs and expectations. Interior is bright and well organized. the two additional drawers is great for produce and deli items. I had to purchase the clear produce box that did not accompany my refrigerator. Other than that hiccup between retailer and us.... this appliance outperforms most luxury appliances like sub zero with a lower price point!! There is no fancy 2020 features like Samsung and LG has on their products but for strictly quality, design and features, this is a must buy..
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our refrigerator replaced recently, as the original one had wiring harness issues, ice maker problems, and condensing fan problems. KitchenAid came through and sent us a brand new fridge. The lights are brighter, no issues with the ice maker, and so far no freezing inside the fridge. The only issue we have had is the left middle drawer doesn’t seem to close all the way with the slow close. We have to make sure that that drawer is closed completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the whole suite of appliances; double oven, 2 dishwashers, 6 burner pro cooktop, built in micro and this frig. It is beautiful to look at and very quiet. The interior is very well lit and lots of room. The freezer compartment is well laid out and very large with several roll out shelves. We really like the individual drawer space that we can set the temp different from the rest of the unit making it great for meat.
