In love with this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased a few mid range fridges that still froze my vegetables no matter what I did. This fridge has kept my food lasting longer and not one frozen vegetable. Nothing bad to say about this product. Worth every cent

Everything is great except the water spicket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the refrigerator is a major upgrade over our last KA french door refrigerator. However the non-laminar flow from the water spicket is truly a disappointment. The flow is like a cheap hose, not a high end refrigerator. Water splashes nearly every time it is in use. Also I would much prefer a capacitive touch screen vice the resistive touch screen. This one seems to have too much flex. (feels cheap) Also whats what's with the long water hose that criss crosses the back? It made install a challenge and is an in-elegant solution.

Love the size

In less than 8 months it stopped cooling, thank god it was still under warranty, Kitchenaid replaced it. There was corrosion in the wiring due to it not freezing properly. Apparently this refrigerator has two separate cooling units, upper and lower. I was 7 weeks with a refrigerator, during this COVID crap. Kitchenaid customer service outdoor have been better. The replacement has indentations on the surface called over 4 weeks for them to replace damaged doors still no delivery..now irresponsibility all gets blame on the pandemic.. but overall this product is great when working.thinking of getting the extended warranty...

Love the soft close drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The separate compartments equal overall less space, but it’s worth it to keep everything organized. The freezer has so many sections for organizing and is spacious, so no digging for food. Ice maker is a little loud, and has a small capacity. I love the lighting all over, no dark spots. Beautiful appliance, very happy with it. A bit pricey though.
