[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 14 year old refrigerator quit on a Sunday, of Labor Day weekend, and we were desperate to find one. We shopped 4 different places and all of them had to be ordered and it could take several months to get it. We found this KitchenAid refrigerator on display as a floor model. I loved it and asked if we could but this one. She said,"Sure!" It is PERFECT as I love how organized everything is inside!

Pretty isn’t everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit installed 2 months ago. The slow close doors still don’t work. They actually sqeek. The water feature comes out in a spray. What a mess. However the layout is nice. Very easy to see what and where food is stored. Fresh food lasts longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this frig October 2016. We had no problems until June 2019, and Sept 2020, same problem. Under the 2 outer drawers, between the frig and freezer sections, there isn’t enough insulation barrier. There is a pan/tray that fills with ice under the 2 drawers causing an ice dam in the drain plug and will leak onto the floor. We have had damage done to our kitchen cabinets surrounding the frig! I would recommend this to people IF they know about the drain plug clogging! There is nothing in the owners manual on how to take care of this problem.
