only one small concernin is the left door can not close flat with right side level ,I
think it is installation problem.

Kitchenaid cannot support their products.

This refrigerator was purchased January 2017. In January 2020 the refrigerator stopped producing ice and the freezer compartment would not go below 5C/41F. I contacted Kitchenaid/Whirlpool support to have the refrigerator repaired. The service person did some investigation and I was told that the solenoid required replacement and I would be contacted when the part arrived. After waiting for 5 weeks with no contact, I ordered the part and replaced it myself, with no change on the operation of the refrigerator or ice maker.
I made another appointment for service and it was determined that the refrigerator was low on coolant, which can not just be replenished, parts need to be replaced. Apparently Kitchenaid is not able to supply the parts and I have now been waiting 6 weeks for parts, with an unusable freezer compartment and no ice maker.
Do not buy Kitchenaid as they will not provide the parts to authorized service centres for warranty repair, but will supply them to after market resellers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am in love! Aside from a huge, bright interior, it has great features. Rearranging the shelves is a breeze as well as making cleaning the fridge quicker. I am so glad we went with this model.

A jewel in my kitchen minus water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is fantastic and spacious my only negative is the water dispenser works week since it’s going through the RO system first before traveling through the fridge and the touch screen doesn’t work sometimes or doesn’t sense my touch. The slow water dispensing also doesn’t measure the water correctly at all since its programming seems to be time based not dispensed water based. I have to input 16cups to get 1 full glass of water so have to press the sensor repeatedly to get to 16 since you can’t tap in the number like the ranges and doesn’t respond sometimes making me think this screen will be the first to fail on the fridge . The dispenser design is poor. The ice works fine. It was missing the herb tray as well when I got the fridge and still waiting two weeks later for it to be delivered. I expected more for such a pricey fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge was set up by our local dealer's delivery personnel on June 19, 2020. They were very professional! The features are really what we were looking for, especially the two middle fridge drawers, and the bottom freezer drawer with two sliding shelves. The only disappointment has been the size of the ice reservoir. We need to keep an extra plastic bin of ice in the freezer!

Fridge always problems!

I bought this fridge 2 years ago, and till now, we have been having problems with it. In 2 years, we had a company come to our house to fix it about 6-7 times. Now, its not working! At all! This fridge is nice and all, but a lot of problems!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
