[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the self close drawers. My plastic cover that covers the legs won't stay on. Would prefer 2 separate ice and water dispensers so i don't have to touch the panel each time to select my option. Also would like 2 gallons to fit in beverage compartment in the door.

Poor stainless steel..

I have had a terrible experience with this refrigerator. I’m on #4. Every one of them has the appearance that it is dented. It’s in the manufacturing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This doesn't work for my family

I have had no technical issues with the fridge - but this organization system doesn't work for my family. The fridge is HUGE on the outside, but seems tiny on the inside. The two extra drawers are easy to forget - I always have something rotting in at least one of them. Inside, there are a bunch of shelves, but none of them seem to be the right height. My family is the type to open the fridge and shove their item in (a tiny jar of mustard in the tallest space - yup!) So, having all these lovely nooks for well thought out storage isn't for us. Think carefully about how you will really use a fridge. If you are ultra organized and will put each item back where it belongs, and use the outside drawers carefully and thoughtfully - this might be awesome for you. If you just want a big cold box and accept that you have to search everywhere for the salsa because you put it away somewhere different all the time - find another fridge.

GIGANTIC, esp. if you're replacing a counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a Whirlpool model that was a counter depth model. Although it does stick out much farther than I though it would, especially with the handles and the massive doors. But, with that being said, the interior storage space is quite nice, especially when you live with "leftover hoarders." the drawer storage is quite nice, as well, and there is lots of drawer space inside and in the middle. My biggest complaint with the interior of the refrigerator space is the minimal in-door shelves -- there are 3 in the right door, and one tiny one under the freezer of the left door. Holds milk, but very little else -- I've had to use half of a main shelf to hold bottles of sauces, dressings, etc., because they won't fit in the door. The bottom freezer has great storage space, and there are 2 upper drawers that fit bags of frozen vegetables, meats, etc -- they are a little more shallow than expected, but so far it works. My only complaint/concern is that ice cream in the bottom part of the drawer seems to be soft, and no longer frozen solid. Not sure if this is going to be a problem or not. Something to note: the ice maker is in the left-side door of the refrigerator and does NOT make a lot of ice. IF you need ice for guests or a party (for more than 3 people), I highly recommend just buying a bag of ice (or two) instead of relying on the ice making capability of this unit.

defective ice dispenser and lousy doors

the ice dispenser has never worked- we slam the door and then push glass as hard as we can against the lever and 1 out of 10 times it will dispense ice. the door never close.
I've had the fridge for 4 years and cant take it any more. now i have a 42 minute wait time on their support line to talk to someone.
i expect much better for 4k and a comapny like kitcheaide
