Bought this refrigerator a week ago and I love it. So many drawers and I absolutely love the platinum interior, I tell everyone it looks classy.

Freezer door still not repaired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator on 4/11/2020, because of the Covid-19 I didn’t get my appliances until about week later. So the freezer door was not sealing so ice was forming all in the freezer. Called a couple days later after trying to thaw it back out, wipe it all out and plug it back in. on 4/24 set up a repair under warranty. They came out diagnosed it. A week later brought out a seal… wrong seal… so another week later, they came back out and installed the new seal.. the door was still was not sealing. They ordered another part, the rails… a week and half later came back and installed the new rails, still not sealing… They had to order a new freezer door… like 6 weeks they said…. They have to make it at the factory… Okay, I have been very patient and am now to the point of boiling. Thank God I have another refrigerator and this is not my only one, but I now have 2 refrigerators in my house. The not working one (KitchenAid) in my dining room and the working one (Whirlpool) in my kitchen. I do have to say this was a floor model, but that is no excuse for 3 times out here to try and repair the same thing.. almost two whole months later and still not working properly. I bought the matching appliances because we purchased this house in November and I just wanted to switch them out to stainless steel and upgrade them… well I’ve obviously been downgraded.. should’ve just kept the white.. lesson learned. The only reason I gave the review a 2 is because I love the design and layout of the unit, if only I could use it…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two weeks ago I purchased this refrigerator. My stove is giving me trouble now, so it won't be long and I will be buying a new stove, which will be a Kitchen Aide.

Best refrigerator I’ve ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it about 4 weeks ago but only delivered a few days ago. It’s beautiful, thought out design, seems perfect. Except that when delivered they had to take doors off to get it in and when put back together the doors are not even, one door slams, it has soft touch, and the water, ice compartment does not have a drin. So spills a d drips have to b wiped off. I lo all the light, no dark areas u have to hunt. So far so good and hopefully the door problem will be corrected and them it will be almost perfect.

Not the best use of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a month ago and just can’t figure out how to organize it to accommodate the things I refrigerate. Example-if you remove a door bin to accommodate wine bottles there is not enough room for small jars and condiments. The two small drawers are a poor use of space, they are so small you are limited in their usefulness. Freezer—same thing, poor use of space. Bottom line by carving out small spaces like the two exterior drawers and three small freezer spaces is not economize.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
