[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, since you ask...we purchased this high end model attracted by the design. The refrigerator design is beautiful and features are nicely functional. However, kitchen aid appears to have a quality control issue, the first refrigerator delivered was missing three parts - the ice bucket and the piece on which it sits. Also the herb box. The redelivered unit had serous discoloration/oxidation on the side of the door.

We love the separate drawers where you don't have to open the whole thing up
We love how good it chips the ice up.
I love the precise water fill
We also love the fact of the no finger prints when you touch the door.

A Great Upgrade from a Run-of-the-Mill Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many things to like about this refrigerator, including the self-closing doors, the soft-close drawers, and the elegant lighting. We weren't sure if the extra drawers (plus the extra storage bin inside) would turn out to be a gimmick, but we love being able to stay organized. And the amount of space inside is amazing. We were able to fit nearly everything from a free-standing freezer in the freezer bins and still have room for pizza boxes in the special slot just inside. And the refrigerator section has lots of room to spare.

Third Time A Charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the THIRD KitchenAid 25.8 Cu. Ft. 36" Multi-Door we have purchased in the last FIVE years. The first was installed in 2015 when we remodeled our kitchen. It worked wonderfully well for TWO years when FIRST the ice maker stopped functioning and then the heating coil on the freeer stopped working. After m!!! Insurance paid for a part of this newer multi-door model in 2017. We LOVED it! BUT early in 2020 we started having the same problems with this model. New Insurance stepped in a second time. We decided we would NOT stay with KitchenAid again!! However, the G.E. model we wanted was on back order for two months and we had to have a new refrigerator. SO--we had no choice but to try this model once again. We really like the features that this wonderfully large refrigerator offers!! We don't like the fact that we have had TWO LEMONS from KitchenAid. We are very hopeful that this THIRD TIME is going to be THE CHARM!! WE HAVE OUR FINGERS CROSSED!! Would we recommend it -- I guess we would, but we hope that KitchenAid is working to improve these troublesome flaws.
