Absolute Garbage!

Bought in 2015 and have had to change the compressor/evap/drier/ ein 2017,2018,2019 and now the compressor/evap is gone again. Total zero care from Whirlpool, spoke with manager, supervisores, directly about these issues and they don't care that we have a lemon of a fridge . Even though these items are covered under warranty you have to be off work one day for tech to diagnose problem, then you have to be off work another day to be home and empty fridge..take off doors and thn have it shipped to service center at your cost, then you have to take another day off work to be home to recive it back..FRUSTRATING! Plus in all this time you have no fridge in your house. Terrible product with terrible parts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KITCHENAID FRIDGES TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! Would give this a zero star rating if it let me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to buy this refrigerator about 2 months ago because our Maytag refrigerator's front electrical panel died.
There was no electrical panels available for our 6 year old refrigerator, which we viewed as relatively new! We think appliances should last more than 6 years. . . But, back to the Kitchenaide we just bought, it is well thought out, easy to use and looks very nice! So far, we love it. If it lasts at least 10-15 years, we will be ecstatic! Lots of room and everything is easy to access. We really like this refrigerator much better than our previous Maytag, which had a broken section within 6 months with just 2 adults using it. . .it was not made to last! Poorly constructed and laid out.

Exceeds Expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched refrigerators for about six months and ended up with this one. The irony, this is the one we picked first and ended up with after looking at about 20 other refrigerators. It is very roomy. Still trying to get use to all of the drawers and compartments. The type of crushed ice was a nice surprise. We have friends that open the doors and just stare at the inside commenting how spacious and cool it looks. I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as part of a set of Kitchen Aid appliance. Love the features this has, like the 2 drawers that one can be set at different temps for you cooling needs and the other as a product drawer. The freezer still is big enough for our freezing needs. Then when you open it up, it's first class looks with lots of LED lights to show you everything you have inside.
