Excellent refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a week ago. So far it is working like a charm. Excellent features. The only complaint that I have is that it is extremely hard to open/roll and close the lower fridge assembly with or w/o food. We have tested three refrigerators (same model, old & new), and all of them roll very smoothly. The technician that came over was very dismissive of our complaint from the get go. The repair company will be sending a different tech on Monday, and we pray that he is more open to the problem that we have. I am convinced that all it needs is an adjustment of the rollers/trac assembly. Other than that the rest of the refrigerator works and looks as expected. Wish Kitchen Aid adds stronger LED lights in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was going just fine until the computer boards became damaged for no apparent reason. I is believed that water from the dispenser dripped on the computerized bin directly below which in caused the electronic issues with all of the computer boards. Unless someone determines differently I would say that was the reason for the multi-board shorts (4) had to be replaced. In retrospect the electronic bin should have been on the other side of the dispenser to eliminate potential water damage. Fortunately, the replacement boards and service to repair were covered. Otherwise this review would be very angry and negative.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator!
