Terreable Quality

I've had the refrigerator for about 2 years and it started leaking and making strange noises. It's no longer cooling, currently it only cools down to 48 degress. The freazer and ice maker leaks water everywhere. I'm terrably disappointed. After paying so much money for the refridgurator I expected better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased 11/17/19 already has stopped working

Our fridge was nicknamed "The TARDIS"

I bought this fridge for our new home almost a year ago and I am still absolutely thrilled with it!
It feels luxuriously spacious on the inside but fits our kitchen very nicely. The interior was so impressively spacious that my friend's 12 year old daughter nicknamed our refrigerator "The TARDIS" (because it seems bigger on the inside than the outside would lead you to believe for those who aren't Dr. Who fans)
I comfortably dry brined my turkey with AMPLE room leftover for everything I needed for my excess of sides for my recent thanksgiving where we hosted 6 adults and loads of kids.
But the thing I love most of all about this refrigerator is that it SO EASY TO CLEAN!
Almost every piece of it comes completely off or out and is easy to remove/replace. Even the basins for the middle drawers!
The only complaint I have is that the measuring feature on the water dispenser is impossible to get and keep accurate. However, it is convenient for when I just want roughly 2 cups, etc, or want to make sure that a cup filled with ice isn't overfilled while I run around the kitchen trying to grab my breakfast, make my coffee, and fill my water cup for my drive to work!
Overally, though, I absolutely love this fridge (and I never thought I'd say that about a refrigerator) and highly recommend it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Experience

This fridge is awesome when it worked. We bought a house with this new fridge in it. After about two months it had to be rebooted by a technician. Three weeks later the water stopped and I rebooted it. The following week which was Thanksgiving, the whole fridge died. The technician did not know how to repair based on the complex technology. He replaced one board and then said it was the main control board or the solenoid with capillary tubes coming out of it. Needless to say I lost confidence and purchased another brand since I needed a fridge. For sure money I did not want to spend right before Christmas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could’ve bought 2 fridges

I bought this refrigerator in 2016. Since this summer we have had to have it repaired multiple times! The entire fridge stopped working and the compressor had to be replaced. Then the ice maker had to be replaced. The lights go off for days and the start working. As of last week the lights are out, the ice/ water dispenser doesn’t work, the ice makes doesn’t work, the ice that was in there melted, If you forget the water dispenser doesn’t work and attempt to get water you better grab a towel because it randomly works and water goes everywhere. For what I paid for this unit, I could have gotten two smaller units or even a good used car! I have had used refrigerators longer than this one that never gave me a bit of trouble!

Disappointed

I bought this refrigerator three years ago. Recently we have had several issues. First the PO alarm keeps sounding. We replaced the control board and a few other parts. Still the PO keeps beeping. What happened to manufacturing quality? I will never buy another Whirlpool/Kitchenaid appliance again.
