Not the best for Lettuce and greens, herbs

I bought this refrigerator in mid-June to replace a replacement Kenmore Elite. Overall it works fine, the temperature control is adequate, and the additional drawer with temp. control seems to work well. Frost builds up around the ice bin opening; the third door bin is useless if you put tall items in your door; the door leveling feature didn't work - we even removed and re-installed the door to see if we could get them level, still didn't work; the two upper freezer drawers don't hold tall items, but if you have flat packages it's nice for organization. And no, you don't get the herb keeper mentioned in the manual and advertisements.
The most disappointing thing about this fridge is that it doesn't keep lettuce and other greens very well; yes it has a separate produce drawer (the right-hand middle drawer), and if it were tall enough to keep heads of lettuce in, I would; but if you put one in and close the drawer you smash it. I guess if you have especially flat heads of lettuce it will work - now we know why they show a drawer full of apples and pears in the online videos, lettuce wouldn't fit.
As for the produce drawers in the main compartment, well I guess the "auto-humidity" feature just means it automatically dehumidifies your produce... lettuce lasts about 2 days unless you put it in a separate container - same with herbs; other produce starts getting limp and moldy after a week. Even if the Kenmore fridges only lasted a couple of years each, I can say they had superior crisper drawers - lettuce would keep for three weeks, root vegetables almost two months. This fridge will not let you keep produce beyond a couple of days.
In the end I'm sorry I bought this model and should have gotten the 3-door fridge instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and so far it's working great. Sometimes water gets on the ceiling by the ice-maker and runs off getting food wet .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had for 10 days. When filling for ice pump is a little loud. Today when I opened the door ice came out, and fell to floor. Don’t know why. Nice looking, slow close drawers are nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a couple months now. Three of the five doors are scratched, the dealer replaced them, and now there’s an issue with one of those doors in that the decal glue was melted and is popping off. As for the unit, it does take a little reimagining on how you’re going to store your items as there is no shelf that’s good for a large beverage containers. Once you get used to the new layout though, this refrigerator is really wonderful. If I had to point out anything negative it would be the fact that it is difficult to store large beverage containers if you have more than two

Love the multiple doors and drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this July 8th of this year and it is just what I wanted. We are having a problem with the doors not being at the same levels, and the freezer is freezing up on the sides. We are having difficulty getting someone to work on it where we live. Once it is fixed. Believe I will love it.
