Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and love the great features of outside drawers with soft close. Also love the double doors that let you open up the frig to see everything. It is so bright inside also! I would have given 5 stars except the 2 drawers in the freezer are a little small, and I have to say the freezer itself is kind of small. Luckily, I have another freezer. Otherwise love everything else! Love KitchenAid appliances as I own several!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Memorial Day weekend; 2019. Refrigerator shelving, fresh herbs tray, and two sliding refrigerator drawers provide great flexibility! Unit is relatively quite; ice maker & ice tray refill generate minimal noise -- we want it to continue producing ice like it currently does -- a champion! Ice & water through the door is great. Freezer compartment is standard fare & works fine. Refrigerator controls on front door and top left drawer. Provided it remains trouble-free, e.g., ice & water feed continues unabated, no internal or external water leaks, continuous reliable temperatures, etc., we'll remain happy. We've found oftentimes the unit's reliability is associated directly to the quality of the installer.

Nice Refigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it for a week or two but it is a great looking frig. Bought site unseen, thought it was fingerprint resistant, but its not, would think that for this price, it would be. Makes ice very slowly. Makes more noises than old one, not obnoxious but more noises. Note that it is a deeper unit than most. Nice drawers, lights, etc.

Amazing Fridge

You won’t be disappointed. The freezer is great also- has a ton of storage and has many moving shelves so you can get to everything. My wife loves the spot for pizzas. Lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had issues with the ice maker not making ice. A brand new appliance should be full proof at delivery. The doors are off just a smidge but enough that’s it’s noticeable to me and kind of annoying. Otherwise fridge is great for keeping us organized. Wish the beverage drawer was a little deeper - small gatorades don’t fit upright which is a bummer. Love the look. Very high end and appealing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice spout seems too high up & set back too far which causes a mess on floor almost every time, water spills in front of all the smaller kids cups, & both of us instantly give the drip tray a thumbs down, have to wipe it every time for either ice or water or spots show on the black plastic, our older KitchenAid was much better for all three, be nice to be able to switch middle drawers to freezer option like the other guy too. Overall we love it & always have been will be in future KitchenAid customers but would appreciate to see these few problems corrected.
