Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved in to my new house and love this refrigerator. The best feature is the drawers opening from the outside. One drawer holds 32 twelve ounce cans. The shelves are adjustable so the inside fits everything I want it to. The ice maker is not very large though so it won’t fill a cooler, but it makes enough to use on a daily basis. The freezer is huge. The black stainless is beautiful! Fingerprints are not an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the separate produce and deli drawers. You don’t have to open the refrigerator doors. Has lots of space on the shelves. Like the in door pizza storage in the freezer. The refrigerator is actually bigger than it looks

Constantly BROKE

This refrigerator is the worst product I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE! It broke within 3 months of us buying our new construction home and thankfully it was still under warranty. They had to replace the entire left-hand side door. It has since broke on about a 3-month interval for the last 4 years. Kitchenaid refuses to take liability for a poorly made product so each time I have to pay the service bill for them to just come out and look at it. Then cost for replacing the part. I cannot wait to have this awful appliance out of my life and I will never buy another kitchenaid product again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 4.5 years ago. 5 months ago it stopped working. They sent out a repair man three different times. He replaced the compressor and other cooling parts that hook into the compressor. The fridge still didn't work. They determined that the freon must have been leaking in the wall of the fridge. They did offer to replace the fridge. Three weeks later we received the exact and fridge! They didn't ask for any money. Hopefully this new fridge will last longer than 4 years!

constantly breaking down

I've had the fridge for 4 yrs and had many problems. First all the lights stopped working, then, it was making loud sounds, then it completely stopped working last christmas and had to waste most of our food. After, motherboard was replaced just last Jan. 6,2023, it stopped working again 10 days later. We bought the kitchenaid complete package and even the stove had 2 problems in its 1st yr. I wish I listened to all the bad reviews prior to buying. I have a Roper fridge bought in 2003 and never had 1 problem. And I bought it for a fraction of the price of this Kitchenaid junk. If your thinking of buying this, please read how many bad reviews this fridge has and stay away from buying this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY!!! Please save your money.

Was perfect for 2 years. Now I am continuing to spend money to have it repaired and no one can figure out why it just keeps turning off. I have to go to the breaker to turn it back on. I now use my 25-year-old fridge in my basement each time I wait for a repair. I will NEVER buy another KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Magtag product again. They do not stand by their products.
