SO DISAPPOINTED

I bought this great looking unit in late 2017. I didn’t have any issues until March 2019 when the ice maker stopped working. Also the freezer was cold but the ice cream was super soft. The tech came out and decided to take it back to their shop to run tests on it and diagnose. They did bring a loner to use but as of yet they do t know what’s wrong and have replaced several parts, which will cost a fortune. I gave $3500 for the unit when I bought it and I don’t want to pay a load more to have it fixed. So disappointed in this product!!!

Early Problems for this much $?

I bought this at the beginning of 2017. Similar to another review just recently posted, the LED lights have gone out, the water dispenser does not work, nor the controls on the programmable drawer. Frustrating to have these types of problems early on when this fridge cost so much money. It would have been a great fridge if the quality didn’t appear to be questionable now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very sceptical on buying another fridge I’ve had the same one for over 30 years and on the off chance I seen this one in the store and fell in love with it absolutely no issues installation went quick and easy instructions where very straight forward and I can’t believe how well all my food and fresh vegetables fit in the drawers, couldn’t have bought a better fridge very happy with my purchase highly recommend this make and model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator when our old one started going on the fritz. Really like everything about it. Love the interior lighting! If you want me to be really, really picky, the ice maker and the front water/ice dispenser are a little louder than last one we had. But overall, very happy! Very pleased and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best fridge I have ever owned. The (5) drawers are so handy and I use them every day. The separate drawer for cheese/deli meat is genius and the 3-drawer freezer plus pizza box in door storage is pure brilliance. I can fit so much in this fridge!
