I like the lighting, the look, the water in the do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only part I dont like is that it's short on bottle or condiment type storage. Once there is 1 gallon of milk in the door, your adjustability of other compartments is gone

Great Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the extra front drawers and the storage inside including the freezer. Same size as our old refrigerator but seems so much bigger. One thing I don't is the water and ice are on the same button. You have to continually change it. There are several buttons that you rarely use. It also scratches easily. We scratched both drawers just putting the handles on. This does worry me about the durability for the price.

Beautiful and So Functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator for approximately three weeks now and every time I walk in my kitchen I smile (over a refrigerator, kind of pathetic). However, the space is amazing organization is so easy in this appliance! There is literally a place for almost everything. Cons you are a little short on door space. And my ice maker leaves a lot to be desired it seems to be falling short of making enough ice for myself and my husband. If we still had kids at home this would certainly be an issue.

Issues with the door seals

Ou unit is a couple of years old. We had to replace the freezer draws/seals after about 2 years. Now the new kitchen aid genuine parts that were installed are not working properly and ice builds up along the sides of the draws. For the price this unit one would expect a longer useful life. Do not recommend this product at all.

Only lasted ALMOST 2 years

We have only owned the refrigerator for almost 2 years. The repairman has tried 3 times/3 different parts to repair it and has failed. For the cost of the refrigerator, you would expect it to last longer. The things I disliked about it even though it was a good size, it seemed smaller. The layout of the fridge makes it difficult to hold a lot of items. Plus the ice kept jamming up in the ice dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke down within the first 2 months

We purchased this refrigerator and within 2 months it started making a loud noise, the freezer froze over, water started spilling out of a top vent. We purchased the extended warranty but whirlpool who does the maintenance is horrible! They are giving us the run around, they told us to unplug the refrigerator, unhook the water then plug the refrigerator back in and use it without the water/ice maker. Why did we pay so much for this type of refrigerator if we cannot even use the water/ice maker. We have been without a working refrigerator for two weeks and whirlpool has still not sent a technician. I would not recommend you purchase this refrigerator or from this company because all they want is your money but will not work with you when you need something fixed, horrible customer service!
