[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s beautiful inside and out, it’s got great lighting, being able to see everything in the the fridge is great, my fruits and vegetables stay fresh longer, my ice cream is not hard but perfect, it’s organized of space it’s perfect, I love my kichen aid.

Still have issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having issues with the ice dispenser freezing up. Have already replaced the dispenser motor and chute, but is still collecting water under the ice bucket. Repair company is now going to replace the door, we will see if if that solves the problem?

Died after 3 years

I purchased this refrigerator in Dec 2015 and loved it from day one. The drawers were a big selling feature and all my friends had major refrigerator envy when they came over. Then came the day – 3 years to the day exactly when it was installed – when all of a sudden I started having issues. First issue was it thought the drawer was left open. I checked and it wasn’t and I reset the circuit breaker to make sure that wasn’t an issue and the alarm went off but I had no lights whatsoever in the refrigerator or the freezer section. OK that was a pain but it was still cooling so it wasn’t an emergency. Within 2 weeks though it stopped working altogether. Luckily for me I have a home warranty so I called them and they sent a technician out – long story short – 6 weeks later, 2 different technicians and $1200 in parts my refrigerator is beyond repair. The issue appears to be a short inside the case that is related to the pantry drawer. At first I thought it might just be a fluke and planned on purchasing another refrigerator just like this one. But after reading the other issues that people have also had with this pantry drawer, I have decided not to risk it. I’ve always had great luck with the KitchenAid refrigerators and I am purchasing another one but this time I’m going to go with just a traditional side by side. The drawers are nice but not if it’s only gonna last three years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this fridge is amazing, I love the platinum interior and will not be able to go back to a white interior. There is a ton of storage space and the two extra pull out door have to be my favorite features for the quick things you need frequently and also being able to change the function of one of the sections to keep drinks or defrost stuff. The freezer storage is amazing as well, I had never been a fan of the bottom freezers because there was never enough organization but that is not the case for this one I can keep everything separated and have easy access to anything that I need

Amazing refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and have loved every minute of my ownership. It has amazing features including a very pleasing aesthetic interior with soft lighting. It is a pleasure to open the fridge each day. There is ample storage for any and all containers and tons of flexibility with the shelving. The freezer also has tons of storage and lots of compartments for organization. The drawers also offer lots of flexibility with variable temperature control.
