[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator right before Christmas and we love it. The capacity is like no other and the produce, deli, dairy drawers are our favourite. But the pizza slot in the freezer is simply genius. We love it!

French Doors and Drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for 3 weeks and I am in love with the features. The soft close drawers are amazing. the extra lights make finding things a snap. The crisper drawers a so easy to see what you have. I would buy it again every time!

Very impressive refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks. The drawer feature is very nice but does take up some room in the main area. The shelves are easily adjustable and as for mine, I haven't worked out the best arrangement yet but is very flexible. The freezer section has nice drawer and a bulk storage area, all easy to access.
The main ding I have to give this unit is some quality of finish. The lower edge of the our refrigerator had a line of what appeared to be spray foam or sealer on both sides. Given the price and wait time, I would expect a little more attention to those details as it is very noticeable.

Nice looks, great features, problematic operation

I purchased this refrigerator a little over 2 years ago. Externally it is a great looking refrigerator, but the look and feel of the interior is what sold me. At the retail store I was "offered" (closer to forced) the extended warranty, but I declined as I typically do for most purchases. That was the first time I have ever regretted that decision. Within the first year, the fridge had already begun acting up with the water dispenser, but the 1 year comprehensive warranty covered this. Shortly after the 1 year period we began noticing that the refrigerator and freezer were warmer than they should be. I ventured onto the internet and found several useful videos on troubleshooting these types of problems. I quickly disassembled the freezer compartment and the cooler drawers and found a substantial build up of ice, particularly around the cooler drawer evaporator coils. I defrosted and reassembled the compartments. Everything was running fine for several months, but gradually the temperatures started to rise and in parallel, the ice make stopped producing ice (a problem that I have seen pop up regularly with this model while researching online.) I took apart the cooler drawers last weekend and that pesky buildup of ice was back on the evaporator coils. After putting everything back together the temperature is back to where it should be, but unfortunately the ice maker is still not working (did not really expect it to, just hoped). Not as concerned with the ice build up, as we are very careful to keep doors open for as short a period as possible (no extended browsing of the beautiful interior), and the evaporator is very easy to access should I spot the usual signs. The ice maker is the main concern, so far we are living off of ice bags until I finally give up and call a repair person in. Overall, for the money, I feel that the unit has fallen short of expectations. We've learned to live with a few of it's quirks which is not something I would expect from a refrigerator in this price range. As far as form and functionality (when working) it's wonderful, I only wish mine did not keep having these issues and I hope they are not symptoms of much more significant $$ problem (ie. mainboard).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
