[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator, the design look and feel. A couple things I do not like is that the water dispenser is so loud at the door hinge where the hose is exposed. Freezer door tends to stick when you open/close.

Definitely flawed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After paying the VERY high price for this item, I would expect to be able to use all its features. But we very quickly had to turn off the water connection because we were finding water on the floor in front of and under the refrigerator. There is also a buildup of ice in the front of the freezer drawer. We are still finding water where it doesn't belong even with the water line disconnected! We will definitely be requesting repair or replacement. Also, one of the filters which is supposed to attach in a drawer, will not attach to the side as your diagram shows. And, as with all your appliances, the instruction booklet is woefully short on details.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is a nice looking fridge

I like my fridge but not a fan of the water/ice dispenser. The little catchall catches nothing - and it broke within a week as it kept popping off. The water sputters and forcibly comes out, and if you have a tulip-shaped glass you may miss the spout when you push the back lever for the water or ice to come out. Is a disaster with my kids - they help themselves to water and it is everywhere. We had a Bosch previously and the water station was better designed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
