[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator we received was a warranty replacement as the first one was defective and could not be repaired. We have used for a few weeks and it seems to work fine. I did get the 3 year extended warranty with this one as it is very expensive to have repaired. It is too soon to properly review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far no major complaints. It’s taken awhile to find the best configuration of shelves for my use. I ended up removing a shelf from the door and the interior. It’s like kitchen aid assumes everything you put in your fridge is 6 inches tall.

It has all the bells and whistles that you could need and want from your Refrigerator. A lot of drawer space for vegetables and meats. It looks great in the kitchen. Could not be happier with the choice.

I was a little concerned since it was smaller than the one we were replacing but the organized space has worked out beautifully with the drawers and compartments. It has been a great addition to our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 weeks ago, couldn’t be happier. First time I have ever had a Kitchen-aid refrigerator. Even though this has the same cubic feet as my old refrigerator, it must be arranged differently because it will hold a lot more. Love the extra sliding tray in the freezer compartment! The outside door water and ice compartment will accommodate a large travel container. Love the size of the ice cubes! Not too large. Everything about this refrigerator is clear and concise. No guesswork!

Needs to be bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a 32cu ft Samsung 3 years ago, the ice maker was replaced twice,the third time; no one would service it. We also purchased an extended warranty. The company let us to replace the Samsung with the Kitchen Aid, we were used to 32cu ft, would be nice if Kitchen Aid made a larger version of this unit.
