Factory temperature settings are working out well. It was delivered in just one day, which was wonderful, because the old one had died, and we needed an immediate replacement.

Great Features - Great ICE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a Samsung for 5 years, make that 2 Samsung refrigerators, the first one died after a year and had to be replace, it is great have a unit that actually works as advertised. We now have ice, actual ice that clinks in the glass when you get it, not some half frozen stuff that dumped slush out on the floor 5 minutes after you got some. Water dispenser shuts off and does not drip which is really great.
Intermediate storage drawers took some getting use to, but got in habit of not opening main doors quickly. A little concern about the black stainless and scratching. Shelf lights are great and interior is well lit. Unit is very quiet, had to get next to it to make sure it was running. Love the double drawers in the freezer portion which make for better storage usage. Not digging and setting items on floor. Very happy overall.
