Great Rerigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator 6 weeks or so ago. Just loveit. Only issue I have founf is that the Ice maker dips some during defrost cycle, turned refrigerator doenone degree in Medium temp and to 0 degrees in freezer seems to have solved theproble to just an occasional drip

Then I know my dream will really happen...LOVE LOVE LOVE my refridgerator! Lighting is awesome. Makes it easy to see what you have all over. it is in my living room right now but it is in use.

Ultra High End Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bough this as an upgrade in our new house. It is amazing. Very High End, the interior lighting is top shelf. It has a rich look and feel. The marinade drawer is very useful. Also, in addition, the soft touch drawers are a fantastic touch. This hits the mark utilizing the Kitchen Aid brand recognition for a high end kitchen.

It's so wonderful to be able to see what's actually in your refrigerator. The versatility of the adjustable shelving allows you to utilize your entire refrigerator. I can't say enough good things about it.

Exceptional Quality Meets Beauty and Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those upgrading from an older refrigerator to a newer refrigerator, you will be amazed with the improvement of cold food storage; vegetables stay fresh for weeks compared to days, meats and cheeses, due to specific cooling compartments, no longer dry out or collect moisture and mold. The product is perfection of the science of cooling for the average homeowner. Clearly, Kitchen-Aid understands cooling technology. For this product, they brought in designers to then make food storage beautiful. I did not expect to 'enjoy' going to my refrigerator, but I do. They've made the Platinum interior gorgeous and wonderfully appointed with useful features like the herb tray (I use it constantly) and the small storage bin. It's a game changer when you can see all the times you're storing in your refrigerator and this does so nicely, and beautifully. Freezing is roomier than I expected with 3 shelf/bins as opposed to 2, which was a nice surprise. I didn't expect they'be be big enough for boxes and frozen meats (as I store a wide variety of items) but they are. Likewise, frozen items don't seem to be collecting freezer burn, ice crystals or other 'old style' freezing challenges that so many other appliances offered. In the past 10 years I bought many new 'mid-range' freezers you are likely reviewing in this size and price range and I have to compliment Kitchen Aid that this is my favorite looking and working interior of any newer refrigerator I've bought in those years. My only request would be to make the counterdepth version of this (with the wooden interior accents) available in these larger sized models. Kudos to Kitchen Aid for a great product; this one is truly best in class!
