Even though I had some issues with ice maker and freezer cooling ( which were not repairable), my refrigerator ended up in a buyout. With the buyout monies I purchased another KitchenAid Muli-Door Refrigerator (same model) within past couple of months. It is operating great and I am happy!

There are metal trim pieces on the drawer s in the freezer that won’t stay in place- but they are just decor and don’t affect the functionality of the appliance.
