[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this roomy easy to see into refrigerator! When the servicemencame they had to take off the door to get it inside. This is a very heavy refrig & my heart went out to these hard working professional men. Once installed we read the brochure & instructions stateing it needed 24 hrs to get cold & get ice on line. Sure enough it was ready the next day!. We also followed the directions to empty the ice bin 3 times & we have been rewarded with delicious, crystal clear ice I love all the seperate compartments & 3 shelf freezer. I highly reccommend this!

I did a little kitchen remodel and went with this Black SS because it shows absolutely no fingerprints!! Love the way it lights up inside with LED lighting - you can see everything at a glance. Love the 2 drawers under the big doors so you don't have to open the doors all the time. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only for the ice - it seems to get "old" right away - you know when it turns white and this is only after a couple of days but otherwise it is a beautiful functional refrigerator!

Have had my new Kitchen Aide refrigerator for about one month. I really do like many things about it, such as the look of the platinum interior (very different), the interior drawers as well as the two drawers that open separately, and close softly,(so convenient for quick grab items), the two drawers in the bottom freezer that make organization easier. It's quiet running, and when the ice maker dumps ice, it is hardly noticeable. Now, having said all these "nice" things about the fridge, there is one negative....the lever on the ice/water dispenser has a hair trigger, and many times, I end up with more of a good thing than I wanted, and have to do a small wipe up. Still love the fridge.

This is the most beautiful refrigerator of any brand. I am shocked that Kitchenaid is discontinuing it. Mine just arrived. Luxury finishes inside and out. Wish they made a high end counter depth version of this.
