[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for 3 weeks and are in love. The multiple compartments makes it easy to sort out your items. It is very flexible and while the same size as our old fridge, this one can hold more items. All items are visible and easy to access. The two middle doors are excellent for snacks. The kids don't have to open the two top drawers. I would recommend this to anyone

I like being able to open only one door to access what I need and hear a reminder alarm if the door is left open. A dedicated butter compartment would have been nice as well as a removable egg cotainer but I took the one from my old fridge. The two sliding drawers in the freezer section are a great feature. I also like the measured fill capability on the water dispensing which comes in handy for water bottles when filling repetitively. Also being able to slide back a shelf halfway for tall items in the fridge saves space by not having to raise a whole shelf.

In the 1st week after the fridge was delivered, there has been a steady drip from the ice-maker. Called in the authorized service who advised to keep ice at 1/2 bucket and turn off the ice-maker. Did that and still no help. The ice-maker continues to drip from the little ice that remains in the ice-bucket. Have called in the authorized service for a 2nd time. Hoping something helpful comes out of this visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago. Unit is quiet when running. A couple of points to make, center drawers are 'persnickety' and are touted to close on their own, need to watch this as this is a "Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't" scenario. Freezer works great. Check your 'Fridge' closely, especially the seals. I found a seal which needs to be replaced as it was installed incorrectly. Does not hold as much as I thought. Looks larger than it is. If I had to do over, I would purchase a generic freezer on the bottom with single refrigerator door on the top. For me, KitchenAid overthought the design of this one. Too many doors equals too many points of failure.

Works well but don't like bottom freezers and still getting use to two doors for refrigerator area. Doesn't seem to have as much room as before. Again my preference my wife loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant believe there are so many good reviews on this Frig. I had to have the 1st one replaced because it could not be fixed. The ice maker would freeze up and not dispense ice. Now I have another one and it is doing the same thing 6 months later. this has to be a common problem. I would stay far away from this Frig.
