[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to quickly buy a new refrigerator because my 5 year old fridge totally quit working. I chose this one for its unique design as well as for the great reputation of KitchenAid. I have not been disappointed. The layout of the freezer keeps me organized and I am able to locate items quickly. This is 3 cu ft smaller than my last fridge but is has a much better layout so I do not miss the extra room. I highly recommend this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In another home, we opted for a SUB-ZERO brand - because it was ENERGY STAR rated. This refrigerator is FAR more attractive, and FAR FAR more convenient. The drawers are very handy - we can cleary see everything. The pullouts in the freezer allow for ease in finding frequently used items. The small freezer space is not a problem for us as we have an additional freezer. We love this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for 4 weeks. The good: Versatile storage. The drawers and space in the fridge is more than adequate. The air filtration is a nice feature. Fruits and veggies are staying fresh for extended periods of time. The condenser is easily accessed for cleaning. When it is running it is very quiet. The not so good: The water pump when you get water is ridiculously noisy. Sounds like a lawnmower engine. The water does not come out in as steady of a stream as I would expect. The air filter has a small tag on it that tells you when to change it. It should be built into the control panel and you should get a display or alert to change it. Same with the water filter. The display does not read the actual fridge temp, only the set points. For a unit at this price point it should display the actual temps on the display. The freezer drawer should have a soft close like the 2 fridge drawers, instead it slams shut when you close it.

inside : lighting and platinum color is top notch - top shelf - money!
organization : many options, the two bottom drawers are very helpful if you have kids (our twins have one draw to themselves) and does not have to open main unit ! freezer is so organized - Money!
overall - this is one bad boy!!!!!

The water dispenser doesn't work well with small glasses. When you push the glass against the handle to dispense the water the smaller cups don't reach out enough where the water drops from. it seems to be louder than my old fridge
