As well as the doors do not lineup. For a refrigerator this expensive I would've expected that all the lines on the doors to match perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On 12/20 our refrigerator had an issue and had to be replaced. We bought this refrigerator as we have had good history with Kitchen-Aid. This is a step up from our prior refrigerator and we looked forward to having it for the holidays. It didn't disappoint us. It's beautiful and works great! The extra compartments are great and the interior is as beautiful as the exterior. The only problem we had was that it quit cooling about 4 weeks after we got it. The temp went up to 50. So we called Kitchen-Aid and they scheduled a repairman to come out 2 days later. So we had food to throw out and a 2 day wait to the repairman. When he arrived he checked it over and 10 minutes later he said, "it needs to be rebooted". Which simply means the power needed to be turned off for 15 minutes and then turned back on. We did that and it works again. Now I asked him why no one at Kitchen-Aid told us to try this when I called???? He said these are really heavily computerized now and it just takes a power lag to cause it to get confused. So now our other concern is what happens if it needs to be rebooted when we are on vacation or something. Come on Kitchen-Aid figure this out!
