[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this fridge. Reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the left door. I feel it should close better and tighter. Too many times we think we have closed it only to find out it's still open which obviously isn't good for a refrigerator which sole job is to keep your goods cold. That is my only complaint. Everything else is absolute perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Kitchenaid appliances, one of them this beautiful refrigerator. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the doors have insulation coming out of them and it arrived with a missing shelf and I have to wait for the rep to call back, which, apparently hasn't happened after a week, and they are "thinking" about whether to fix the doors (which would take 6-8 weeks or replace fridge). Still don't know the time for the missing shelf. Why wouldn't they just replace the entire fridge with a new one that doesn't need fixing? I want a full replacement as these appliances don't come cheap and now I am being inconvenienced. Not handled very professionally.

My kids use the two middle drawers for snacks like yogurt, juices, cheese sticks etc. It is low enough that even my three year old can self-serve. The best part is I no longer have to go behind them to completely close the refrigerator door - these drawers self close with the slightest push! The lighting is great, plenty of drawer storage, flexible shelves. If I had one criticism it would be that I wish the stainless finish was the not non-fingerprinting type of finish. However, I just use perfect stainless wipes on it to keep it shiny and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone knows that warm air rises and cold air falls. Why didn't someone think of designing a (family) refrigerator with multiple doors long ago? Three of the five doors (the drawers) don't even let the cold air fall out when you open them. As for the other two doors, we've noticed that it is very rare that we need to open both of them at the same time, hence more energy savings. We still haven't figured out what the "Max Ice" setting on the ice/water unit means, but that's just part of the fun of discovering all the "new stuff" we are enjoying on this feature-rich appliance.
