[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about this refrigerator. The 3 tier freezer storage makes organization a breeze. The exterior drawers are great for fresh snacks or sandwich supplies. We looked at a ton of refrigerators before deciding on this one because from the herb storage to the measured water fill it is feature rich and has easily the most aesthetically pleasing interior.
If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the split "tuck away" shelf. Several refrigerators have their version of this and I just think it is useless. It is supposed to give you more room for tall stuff. but that means you but the big stuff in front and the little items in back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great looking product that is design poorly...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Kitchenaid refrigerator 2 months ago. It was clearly a winner in terms of usability, functionality and looks and hands down the best looking refrigerator we have owned. Over last two months, we have had following issues with the fridge & have a technician fixing following issues for us (parts are on order so not 100% sure if the issue will be resolved).
1) Frost in Freezer - It is clearly not sealing properly for it to develop frost
2) Water dispensing making loud noise as it is not able to compensate for higher inline water pressure
3) Water dispensing system is terribly design. Water doesn't come down an a nice pour but rather make splashes everywhere.

I would refrain from buying for next 8-12 months for Kitchenaid to improve the quality of the product.

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this beautiful refrigerator for 3 months and we love everything about it except one thing, the SS scratches very easily and does on every one of our Kitchenaid products. Our Kitchenaid kitchen is absolutely heads above other brands we have had from the looks, to the design to the quality. We also have their very high end gas double oven range, microwave and dishwasher and we love them all. They are so much better than our last kitchen that we filled with problem filled LG appliances but we have only the one complaint, they scratch easily especially our range which is totally SS including the top which has many scratches already just from normal use. This refrigerator is by far the coolest and best designed on the market. The exterior from the commercial grade look, to the 5 door/ drawer design are fantastic but when you open those doors you will find the Cadillac of refrigerators with the platinum look and the led lighting, it sparkles with class.
I would recommend this to a friend!
