Read soo many reviews online, more yea than nea, but at this price point, anything negative made me very apprehensive, to say the least. Went ahead and purchased the unit and we are thrilled! So quiet, you have to check to make sure the unit is running. Lots of space, but it's never enough, and the water and ice units are great as well. I have not experienced the "spray" that some folks have commented about in relation to the two functions. I just hold my glass up to the outlets and have not experienced any difficulties. The black stainless is just beautiful, and it really is finger-printless!
My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the panel for the water and ice is not lit and sometimes poses a problem seeing the selections. Small problem that I can live with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge was delivered May 1st and on May 6 th it started to alarm and the lights went out in it. It wasn't making any ice either. We had the put a service call in to where we bought it. They came out a few days later which they determined it needed a few parts to be replaced . That then took about a week to get them back out to replace them. It was very frustrated and since it was brand new very disappointed in kitchenaid.
