[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the design and loved it while it was working. About 3 months after purchase it quit working. Turns out, the water line was connected in the back of the fridge incorrectly, therefore it had been leaking the entire time we had it. This both ruined our floor and damaged the internal electronics. This is just poor quality control and I am hugely disappointed with this product right now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an allegedly larger (26.5cu ft) fridge with this one, but the KitchenAid has so much more usable space, it still looks half-empty after loading it with the contents of the LG. The separate drawers are convenient for often used items and are truly self-closing.
My only complaint is in the Florida summer heat we use lots of ice, and the new fridge has trouble keeping up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband insisted on this fridge. It is beautiful and I really enjoy the soft close middle drawers. It is rather large, and being a petite 5'1" lady I have a hard time reaching things in the very upper back of the fridge. Also, half of the time I open both doors, the left one doesn't want to close unless I manually push in the little flap on the side of the door. There is a flap on the left door that must be completely flush with the door or it will not close properly and bang into the right door if you're not careful. We also have some frost on the side of our freezer drawer. Not what I expected from a fridge that we've only owned for 4 months. If I could do it over, I would choose a smaller fridge with easier to close doors.
