[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband actually bought this refrigerator because he has a bad back and it hurt him to bend over to get to the bottom bins. Now that the freezer is on the bottom and has easy access doors he finds cooking easier and more enjoyable again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this refrigerator delivered and installed Wednesday morning...here it is Friday night and the freezer is still not down to temperature. It's won't get colder than 28F when it is set to 0 degrees. Still no ice from the ice maker but I'm guessing it's because the freezer won't get cold. And, of course the Kitchenaid Help line is closed for the weekend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are pleased with this unit and had another KitchenAid refrigerator. But, this is the higher level
and the quality shows. Ice maker access is nice if you want cubes for a cooler or trip. Highly pleased!
