[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for just over a year and appreciate the outside drawers and bottom freezer with its two separate top drawers. We did have a problem when it first arrived where the freezer wouldn't close tightly enough to seal, but using a suggestion from the service man, we were able to fix that ourselves and it has been fine ever since. I do have a couple of quibbles, however. The temperature setting on the deli drawer keeps changing. Perhaps were are unintentionally hitting it, in which case it should be relocated to a more inaccessible spot in the drawer. There are plenty of shelves on the upper level, but this makes it difficult to create enough room for tall items without removing at least one. Finally, being short, I have difficulty reaching to the back of the top shelf, so most items get stored up front, again reducing the amount of space for tall items.Overall, this is a great fridge and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been putting off getting new appliances to do a full kitchen remodel, but luck has it the freezer side of my old fridge went out. I am in love with this multi-door fridge and the stainless steel finish. I won't even need to build a cabinet around it, hooray! The platinum interior was a surprise makes it a bit elegant, hadn't even occurred to me to consider an interior upgrade. There are so many great features can't mention them all, my top A list would be how quite it runs and the soft close drawers. Can't say it enough, I love my new Kitchen Aid.

After two months I still feel pleasantly surprised when i can fit MORE into this fridge. The separate drawers are used often and the internal sliding snack bin is an additional wonderful feature, a great place for my boiled eggs and snacks.... (btw, thanks for the herb box!) The touch ice/water machine works great and we were amazed with the pre-measured dispensing option. The frozen section has a pizza compartment and the sliding drawers make it easy to find everything. Giving it a 4 1/2 stars only because the drawer was broken when we received it due to assembly. Do get high complements on it often.
