[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wheels are, unbelievably, are inadequate for the weight of the unit. We had to replace them immediately after installation since the plastic interior was eaten up with just the install! Wheels we're cheap and a pain to install...should have at least metal on the axis.
The water feed in the door has already failed to shut off after filling our glass, which is concerning.
But, love the style, the compartmentalized drawers which saves having to open the large doors.

Also has so much room I can't wait for the holidays. Love the little extras like self closing drawers and the storage at the base of the drawers/doors. Just wish the ice maker was in the freezer.

Love the water & ice dispenser which give us water, ice, crushed ice, & several other options. My wife loves the self-closing refrigerator shelves and the option to configure the refrigerator & freezer sections to fit our needs. My wife was also impressed by how easy it is to remove the shelving for cleaning. Finally the clean-looking grey titanium interior sealed the deal for us.

-Door bins could be redesigned to allow for more storage room. If kitchenaid did this they could accommodate two, one gallon jugs of milk on the door bins.
-Crushed ice literally "spews" and makes a mess. One must use a very wide mouth container to capture the ice.
-There should be a small area under the water and ice dispenser to capture the overspill.
