You are able to see EVERYTHING you have in your freezer instead of digging into find what you need Love the soft close drawers the best. We use them as beer and wine drawers. :-) The lighting is awesome. But I especially love the no fingerprints on the outside. The only downside would be that the water dispenser is spitty, so you really have to keep your glass up so you don't get water splashes. But otherwise, best refrigerator we've ever owned. Love it!

I wish this unit was designed with a door-in-door. The herb drawer is wasted space for us, but maybe I'll eventually find a way to use it. I really don't need 3 produce drawers, so end up using the self-closing one for other purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken us about 30 days to get used to the refrigerator layout. We are starting to like it. I really like having a separate drawer for cheese.
However, as with all high dollar refrigerators, the ice machine is slow and inadequate. Our old Kenmore still makes at least twice the ice in half the time in the basement.
Also, the water dispenser does not put out a "straight" stream of water. It kind of sprays out. It stays in the glass, of course, but is not as uniform a water stream as our old Kenmore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator after much research for my new construction. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and I am impressed with the amount of space it provides.
We had a few issues with the ice maker producing ice very slowly and called a technician to come out and take a look. He turned our freezer down to -5*F (from 0*F) and the refrigerator down to 35*F (from 38*F). The technician said that because the ice maker is in the refrigerator door you need to keep the refrigerator a little colder to accommodate. This seems to have helped and it is now producing ice.
The two slow close drawers are great. We use the "Cold Drinks" function and it really does keep your drinks extra cold! So far this seems to be a great purchase and I look forward to many more years with this gorgeous refrigerator!!
